Suggested route from Warsaw: Poznań, Świecko, Lipsk, Nurnberg, Bregenz, Chur and carry on to Laax. Distnce from Warsaw to Laax is 1350 km and the journey lasts approximately 14-15 hours.

STOPS ON THE WAY:
We set 3 stops on the way, where we will pick up participants:
– Stryków – BP petrol station Sosnowiec-Pieńki 18A
– Poznań – BP petrol station „GRUNWALD”, Głogowska street
Please, be ready at the pick-up point 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival. Our tour guide will contact you approximately 1 hour before arrival. Zero Gravity reserves a right to organize a transfer bus in case one of the stops on the main route of the coach changes.
In case of 15 minutes delay, Zero Gravity reserves the right to refuse taking the client on board of the coach.
BAGGAGE LIMIT:
Due to safety and road regulations, the tour operator will control your baggage weight. Every baggage will be checked using a scale before the departure.
Baggage limit per person:
– 1 bag or a backpack
– 1 set of skiing or snowboard equipment (snowboard or skis + ski/snowboard boots) packed in travel bag
– 1 hand baggage
Maximum weight limit of your baggage combined with skiing or snowboarding equipment is 30 kg.
Additionally, 1 piece of hand baggage is allowed. The size of the baggage must allow it to be stored under the seat or in the overhead compartment. It should be small enough not to cause inconvenience to other passengers or block the aisle. In case of exceeded weight limit, excessive baggage will be stored by the organizer for the period of the trip. In case 2 passengers decide to pack their things into 1 bag, it cannot exceed 30 kg. Unfortunately, there is no option to pay for the extra baggage on the day of departure. If you are worried about exceeding the baggage limit, you can buy an option: “excess baggage and sports equipment transport”. You can find the prices of extras in section PRICE – OPTIONAL. Also, to facilitate the loading process, we ask you to your things in soft bags, not suitcases. Please, take your helmets on board of the coach and place them in the overhead compartments (drivers may take out the helmets that are packed in together with your equipment and place them in an appropriate place).
We would like to remind you that passengers are responsible for their own baggage up to the moment a driver packs it to the luggage hatch, as well as right after the baggage is taken out of the coach.
