As the sun slowly rises in LAAX, it's not long until the perfect skiing or snowboarding day begins. After a short trip by cable car, you can hit the wide, blue, red or black slopes, or go to the snow park. We have 224 kilometres of slopes, 4 snow parks and 28 ski lifts, 70% of those are situated at an altitude of between 2,000 and 3,000 metres, which makes LAAX one of the most reliable winter sports regions in the world to find snow. So once your alarm clock rings in LAAX, you'll be dying to hit the slopes.

Beginners
Is this your first skiing or snowboarding trip? In LAAX, you don’t have to settle for low ground. Starting off at a height of 2,570 metres on the Vorab Glacier, you can make your first moves on the blue slopes at your own leisure. And around the Alp Dado, you will also find many gentle slopes which ensure a wonderful and relaxing day for all the family.
Advanced
The sunny slopes in Nagens and Mutta Rodunda are perfect for more athletic skiers and snowboarders. If you want to put your stamina to the test, then don’t miss the unique descent from La Siala down to Flims. You will complete a total distance of around 13 kilometres with a descent of 1,700 metres in altitude.
Pros
Those in search of a unique challenge find exactly what they’re looking for in LAAX. You can take on the former FIS run or go down the back of the Vorab Glacier to Alp Ruschein.
Snowparks in LAAX:
1. Beginners’ snow park – Level: EASY
Want to try out your first tricks and jumps on boxes and rails? In the Beginners’ park between Crap Sogn Gion and Alp Dado, you can comfortably get started in the snow park scene and improve your skills on boxes, rails and tables.
2. Ils Plauns snow park – Level: MEDIUM
If you want to take your skills to the next level, then Ils Plauns snow park is the place for you. There are a host of rails, boxes and various kicker lines waiting for you between Crap Sogn Gion and Alp Dado. You can quickly get to grips with new tricks, push yourself to the limit and perfect your style.
3. P60 snow park – Level: PRO/MEDIUM
“P60 all day!” If you’ve been to LAAX, then you’ll know this saying. It’s easy to spend the entire day at P60. You will find a vast range of rails, boxes, slides, pyramid walls and industry pipes, and all in a single run. On a slope length of no less than 1,000 metres, you will also find the kicker pro-line with four Olympic-size kickers.
